Practice that helps in class

Tasks are built around the chapters in your child’s own books: NCERT’s Mridang, Santoor and Maths Mela for CBSE, the CISCE curriculum for ICSE, and state books for Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and West Bengal. Nursery to UKG get playful themed units, and every class gets rhymes and good-habits stories.

Parents often ask

What age is BolBolo for?
Children aged 3 to 10, from Nursery, LKG and UKG up to Class 5. Each child starts at one of three levels (Little Learners, Explorers or Champions), and a short, playful speaking check fine-tunes it.
Does my child need to read?
No. Every question is read aloud by the buddy, and the youngest children mostly listen and repeat. Older children see the words on screen too, which helps their reading.
Which school boards do you follow?
CBSE (NCERT books) and ICSE, plus the state boards of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and West Bengal with their own books. Most other states use NCERT books, so those children get the NCERT lessons. If you’re not sure, choose “Other board or not sure” and we’ll use NCERT.
How long should my child use it each day?
About 15 minutes: a warm-up word game, a chat with the buddy, one school speaking task and a daily star. You can set a daily time limit in the parent settings.
Will BolBolo change my child’s accent?
No. Every accent is welcome. Pronunciation practice is about being clear and confident, not about sounding American or British.
How does BolBolo correct mistakes?
Gently. After each answer the buddy praises what went well and fixes at most two things, for example “Yesterday I go” becomes “Yesterday I went”, with a one-line reason in English and in your helper language.
